The main strengths of ESDC rest in the vast amount of experience its’ staff possess in relevant project design, successful implementation and monitoring and in their unparallel dedication to the organization’s mission. The staff consists of 15 agronomists, Capacity Building, Rural Women and Marketing Specialists, with support staff of Finance, Administration and Logistics.
