ESDC seeks to be the pioneering Palestinian civil organization differentiated in developing a positive change in the economical, social and humanitarian development processes of Palestinian and rural communities, enhancing their steadfastness, protecting their heritage, identity and their vivid culture, and to contribute in building its cooperative associations by:
